WHY THE SENATE?
I have spent years calling out the problems.
Now I am seeking the platform to implement the solutions.
From the outside, I could shout.
From the inside, I can legislate.
From the outside, I could demand.
From the inside, I can enforce.
A better Abuja will not build itself. It requires constitutional power

@channelstv Obi is seated pretty in his home while his name is mentioned in a convention he’s not even involved with only goes to show how formidable he is, the proverbial eagle who is proudly sitting at home while his feathers are selling out in the marketplace, he is Okwute for a reason

Today, I presented new official vehicles to our Level 17 officers across the Lagos State Public Service.
These are Directors who play a key role in how our Ministries, Departments, and Agencies deliver results. Supporting them is a practical step to help them do their work better.
A motivated public service is at the heart of good governance. When people are properly equipped, they take more ownership, stay focused, and deliver with greater commitment.
This is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen service delivery and raise the standard of performance across the system.

@ShehuSani That is the only discussion you can contribute about Nigeria online and then vooom you switch to Iran updates!
You don’t have insecurity ravaging the country and that your region to discuss….

@the_oddmind @instablog9ja Sorry dear, ask of Salvation Ministry, they feed people, pay fees, give employment, pay schools fees abroad, give cars, give accommodations, buy houses and pay foreign medical bills. I am not there member, but I know because of my relatives who attends his church.
English

Jesus would have sold the watches to feed the poor. He went to the synagogue to change the money lenders. He despise hoarder of wealth. He gave his last shekel. He performed countless miracles that could make him rich man for free. He was never afraid of persecution. He treated every humans with equity.
He was a revered being in all religions including mine - Islam.
So, so what Jesus would have done sir. Pastors or Imam has no business hoarding ornaments

@Toniichris @Xijingping042 @ruffydfire Well done. That was sarcasm of the highest order but we have too many shallow minded fellows here.
English

Before you vote, remember that they promised that refineries would work after they removed subsidies
They expended billions on the portharcourt refineries and Co
Ask them what happened to the billions
Remember, they had to rebase and change the calculation methodology before inflation hit 15%, and even with that, ask them why interest rate 27% and inflation 15%
Ask them why you will have close to 50 billion in reserve and they claim they make revenue they met their target, but out of over 200 billion for health, they can only fund 36m
Ask them why, despite all the promises that removal of subsidies will help them fund projects, the Ministry of works budget of over 3 trillion was just funded with 700 billion
Ask them why they can't tell Nigerians that despite announcing subsidy gone in 2023, they paid subsidies until 2024 before they NNPC was forced to tell us the truth
Ask them despite all their postulations. The managed floating of the Nigeria sent the currency to dizzying falls, and they still intervened like they are currently doing .
Ask them as we celebrate the strides of the stockmarket, devaluation has made stock cheap.
Ask them that despite importing food heavily have farmers been able to return to farms because of insecurity
Ask them what happened to the Beta Edu investigation in the humanitarian ministry, till date we haven't seen anything
Ask them why did we spend over 150 billion to buy a new presidential jet when we could barely fund healthcare
English

@Xijingping042 @Toniichris @ruffydfire Honestly. I have been waiting for just one person to get it. But for where. That was sarcasm of the highest order.
English

@Toniichris @ruffydfire seems the concept of sarcasm is beyond the comprehension of the average Nigerians

@Mr_SPICI @phspecials How did they defend him? What people are saying is that the blogger, or whoever started the story, is lying. You don’t have to use a man of God to trend at least get your facts right.
English

@LovNigeria @Row_Haastrup You are mad. Tell me the portion of the Bible that told you that.
English

@Row_Haastrup A pastor shouldn’t keep such gifts. As much as you may not like the statement. Men of God are called to live a normal life, yes be happy and okay but not in luxury. We don’t prove we have Jesus by how much wealth we have but by how we can live His kind life on earth
English

You would be surprised all of these wrist watches are gifts
Instablog9ja@instablog9ja
Check out the billions of naira watch collection of Pastor David Ibiyeome
English

@6nopsis @Row_Haastrup And who told you he is not helping the poor?
English

@ejykmykel1 I can assure you that all these watches are gifted to him. And he has gifted most of them to members. He gives car gifts and cloths to members. Mind you, brand new cars and cloths.
English

@ejykmykel1 They church & school it self has more than 200 staff that are well paid, accommodated as well. They set up businesses for people and pay a lot of medical bills even outside the country. My uncle benefited from the medical trip abroad.
