We built "TSLO"(Tally Shall Live On), an open-source, self-host-first project to help DAOs who have been using Tally for their governance. This is our way to call @tallyxyz to stay alive.
It's sad that the Tally team announces they will shutdown, we want to do everything we can to see if there are chance they can stay.
That said, thanks to the nature of Ethereum (CROPS), all the most critical data (proposals and votes) are available permissionlessly, we(and anyone who wants to) can build this project to preserve their legacy and let DAOs keep operating.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes '88 is the best anime I've seen in my life with Berserk '97, Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex '2002 and Cowboy Bebop '98.
I highly recommend every Bitcoiner and Ethereum engineer and researcher to watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes '88. It hits very close home. Governance, legitimacy, institutional decay, and the problem of competence are the main subjects of the anime.

my bot has flashes of pure brilliance, but kinda flaky.
the craziest thing is how he'll tell me he absolutely learned his lesson not do a thing, then an hour later he does the thing again
also...i'm having a hard time getting him to ship things. like he's always sandbagging me.
it's exhausting but at the same time incredible, because he'll have these flashes of insight or he'll build something cool and i'll see the potential again and want to keep working with him
