@eugyppius1 The US is relying on Air strikes against Iran. Will they work? Putin has been bombing Ukraine with hundreds of strikes every day, for years. And Ukraine has not surrendered. Iran is 3x the size of Ukraine, with 90 million people. Not so easy to "win".

I’d like to congratulate two time Congressional candidate loser Laura Loomer, MIGA foreign op Mark Levin, and Neocon murdering psycho Senator Lindsey Graham for leading Republicans into slaughter going into midterms. Your incessant lies to President Trump have destroyed all faith in the GOP. I’d also like to remind everyone that when I led the party on the campaign trail fighting for America First in ‘22 and ‘24, all the GOP did was win win win! But after Trump called me a traitor and said he would destroy me for releasing the Epstein files, I refuse to fight for Trump and the Republican Party that defends the Epstein class, wages pointless foreign wars, and pursues America LAST. I never changed, Trump and the GOP betrayed their voters and took in the trash we threw out of the party. Loomer, Levin, and Lady Lindsey are the BEST political consultants the Democrat Party could ever imagine!!!

@WarMonitor3 This sounds outlandish. Is there any sort of confirmation of this? Or, alternatively, disconfirmation in the form of videos of recent targets hit?

For my entire life it has been true that every time Republicans are in power, they increase deficit spending, and whenever they aren't in power, they complain about deficit spending and pinky swear they will reduce deficit spending if only you vote them back into power. And what do they use that spending for? Tax cuts for the rich, subsidies for big corporate donors, and wars in the Middle East. If you voted Republicans into power again in the belief they would reduce the deficit and not go to war, sorry, but you were lied to and you fell for it, despite being able to learn from the past to avoid that. Yes, you voted for all of this. You may not understand that you did, but you did. This is all just the newest variation of what we see every time the GOP gets handed the reigns of the economy. Democrats need to stop playing this game and instead use deficit spending to make our lives better by focusing on our basic needs and our costs of living. Spend less on the military and more on healthcare and a basic income floor. Also, to hell with the two party system. We need more choices. We need other parties to win via proportional representation.

Ukrainian forces using long range UAVs of the FO-1/2 type struck once again Russian high value targets. In Bryansk region, Russia, one Buk-M3 launcher and a Buk-M2 loader were struck and destroyed. In Russian-occupied Donetsk region in Ukraine a Russian S-400 radar unit was struck.

@EnergyAbsurdity @VDHanson Hanson’s speech contains many made-up “facts”, such as Apaches and Warthogs flying over Iran. It is embarrassing to watch something like this

🚨 Victor Davis Hanson: THE SIGNALS ARE ALL POINTING THE SAME DIRECTION No U.S. analyst knows better how to cut through the fog of war than Stanford University Prof. @VDHanson. In the clip below, Hanson, who’s studied how wars end for 50 years, says the tide has turned in America’s favor against Iran. Forget the rancid propaganda flowing from all quarters related to the Iran conflict and how it is going - Hanson says look at how everyone else is behaving. Hanson’s Key Points: • Europeans: They never touch a conflict until they smell victory. Early on? Crickets. Now they’re quietly moving assets and offering support. Pure calculation — they’ve read the battlefield and decided which side wins. • Gulf petro-states: Saudis, Emiratis, Qataris survive by reading the room perfectly. They’re expelling Iranian attachés, silently intercepting Iranian missiles over their capitals, and the UAE just reaffirmed its $1.4 trillion investment commitment to the U.S. mid-war. These are not gestures — they’re bets. And they’re all-in on America. • Al Jazeera: The Qatari state network that usually bashes U.S. actions (and hosts Hamas offices) is now calling America’s bombing campaign “brilliant” and “underestimated.” When the outlet that hosts both the biggest U.S. air base and Hamas praises U.S. effectiveness, the message is unmistakable: they think we’re winning. • Military reality: A-10 Warthogs and Apache gunships are now flying strike missions inside Iranian airspace at will. These slow, low-flying platforms only appear when enemy air defenses are effectively gone. Confirms what’s really happening on the ground. Iran’s only play left is rope-a-dope: drag it out, hope U.S. public opinion flips, pray midterms pressure Trump to quit. VDH’s verdict: If Trump sees it through — and he will — the regime falls. Not in years. Pretty soon. Bottom line: Watch what people do, not what they say. Every player with skin in the game is betting on America. The signals don’t lie. #Iran #Europe #Warthogs #Trump @AlJazeera

Here’s what I’d do, not that you asked. Send the 82nd and enough firepower to hold the perimeter at Ishafan for 24 hours. Send the SF and Chem Corps into the tunnels along with the 12Bs. Hope they don’t die. Mine the tunnels. Forget extracting the HEU. Just blow the canisters, the real ones, the decoys, and everything else. Level the whole facility from the inside out, leave it a poisoned, irradiated ruin. The nice thing about gas is that it floats away. Tell the Iranians that even though their HEU is gone we won’t let the Israelis kill them anymore if they open the Strait. No more regime change. They won. Otherwise we and the Israelis will keep picking them off. Declare victory. Declare victory again. Hope like hell they didn’t smuggle out any HEU. Go home. It’s not ideal, but it’s probably the best we got.

🧵THREAD🧵1/22 ⬇️

Your friends' choice to remain childless is fine. Their genes will leave the genetic pool. The Earth will become greener and more spacious. Only people with genetically strong reproductive intent will inhabit it. There is no reason to have 9 billion ppl on this planet.

My friends in their 30s are deciding not to have kids They’re saying two things: They don’t have the money It’s inconvenient to their lifestyle This is not good. What do we do?

@ichudov @SenRickScott You do not understand the nature of power: if you don't actively work to keep it you lose it to someone else. The more stupid and ignorant the people are, the worse the government they end up with.

@TechLayoffLover I am glad I left computer programming in 2011 after 25 very pleasant years. Yes, coding will never be the same. I love AI coding things for me, though, for my websites and for my business's internal software.

Jessica finished her CS degree at a top-tier public university in December with $174k in federal loans and a 3.91 GPA She's submitted 1,203 applications since graduation Got callbacks from exactly 7 companies. Made it to final rounds at 2. Both went with "no junior hires this cycle" The feedback is always the same: "We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with AI tooling" Last week she interviewed at a Series B fintech that posted an "Associate Software Engineer" role The engineering manager was honest: "This role used to be for bootcamp grads and new CS majors. Now we need someone who can manage 3 AI agents and review their output at senior level" The salary range dropped from $95k to $68k because "the AI does most of the actual coding" Her algorithms professor still brags about 98% job placement rates from 2019-2022 Jessica's working retail at Target while her loan payments kick in next month $1,847 monthly minimum on a $16/hour Target salary She keeps getting LinkedIn ads for "AI Bootcamps" promising to make her "recession-proof" The same bootcamps now cost $24k because they know desperate CS grads will pay anything Her former classmates who got hired? They're all at consulting firms or doing product management The ones still coding are mostly maintaining legacy systems at banks, waiting for those to get automated too Yesterday she got an email from her university asking for a donation to the new "AI Ethics Research Center" But sure, keep telling kids that computer science is a stable career path

For the record, the president of the United States is now simultaneously claiming that he has won the war, is currently winning the war, needs help to win the war, and needs no help to win the war. All to destroy the nuclear program he claims to have already destroyed last year.
