They knew about the situation in advance and didn't think to stop thousands of cars before they got stuck? They're providing no help to solve the situation. People are cold and worried, great work 👍🏻

@idek338048 @HighwaysSWEST It’s already been made worse. They allowed traffic to continually join for hours after they knew what had occurred. A critical error in management of a sad situation.

@ASPolice Where's the help for the vulnerable people stuck on the M4 and M48 without food or water or medication? Start opening lanes and moving traffic before you cause more problems??!! #M4 #m48
