Henry Nowak’s case should have been a watershed moment for the police. Yet here we are again, seeing police officers aggressively targeting and arresting a young white male who had been attacked by a gang of thugs. The police witnessed the assault, and instead of arresting the attackers, they allowed them to flee the scene, and arrested the victim instead. This was alongside engaging in unprofessional behaviour and crude language directed at the victim. It is clear policing standards have not only fallen but two-tier policing is a reality faced by Britons everyday. This ultimately, is causing the erosion of trust and respect in the police force. We must end two-tier policing.

Birmingham police asked people to not share this video. So I am now sharing it. This officer must be named and shamed.
