Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by how much is going on, and how much I want to fit into each day. @imrishit98 @bentlegen TN is a single intent visa meaning it's temporary. You're not supposed to apply for a green card while on it.
The H-1B is dual intent and allows you to extend it while waiting for a green card application so I don't really know why everyone's freaking out about those.

H1-B's are NOT immigrants. It is a temporary visa that has been riddled with abuse and fraud. You exploit loopholes to jump in line to bring your families. Applications need to be outside that system to be immigration. I have seen this fraud first hand inside corrupt HR groups and body shops. There is not argument that erases that.
