@virginmedia So, for 2 years my family have had to put up with dial up speeds rather than 200mb. We eventually get an upgrade to 350mb - get miss-sold an O2 Sim & now on your super fast broadband have to tolerate this! The installation is less than a month old! No help anywhere💩

@EE Thank you for the reply - it’s been the worst decision I have ever made!! When I call can I get through to the proper Complaint Department and speak with some one who will actually listen to me??

@EE If you ever consider moving your Broadband to EE don’t bother!! Letter of complaint ignored! Incorrect advice & refusal to refund ignored. As for presenting my early termination bill from my previous supplier in many different forms - it’s still ignored. I’m £134 down!
