Westerners are used to being called by their first names. A boy of 20 calling a man in his 60s ‘Peter’ We Africans were raised better. When you send cold emails, use ‘Mr. and Ms.’ And once they hire you, call them ‘boss’ My clients don’t show it but I can tell they love it!
