Angela Okorie has said several times that when she was shot in the head and was in the hospital, unconscious and fighting for her life, Uche Elendu and another actress friend of hers came to visit her, surreptitiously took pictures of her, and sent them to blogs.
Those pictures of Angela that leaked were taken by her friends. If they had managed to handle it privately, it would never have leaked.
Most times when blogs come out with breaking news about celebrities, it is the friends of the celebs, their workers, their domestic staff, their caregivers, who tell them those things.
Take Chinedu Nwadike. When he was sick, in his dying moments, the people around him convinced him to make a video where he was confessing to all sorts of things and asking God to please forgive him, that he did not want to die.
It was deeply disturbing because that humiliating moment should not have happened. Nobody should have told him that if he confessed or made that video, God would spare his life. He should have been spared that indignity.
Despite the confession, he still died. But that video will always remain on the internet because a friend, a colleague, somebody in his life, told a vulnerable, desperate man who was in pain to confess so that God would forgive him and he would not die. And the person stealthily recorded it and leaked it.
If you were an ardent follower of Gistlover that year, you would remember that when Genevieve was checked into a hospital in the US, a Nigerian nurse DM-ed Gistlover that they had just checked in Genevieve because she was having a psychotic break.
In fact, when GLB posted the gist then, the handle of the said nurse was showing. He did not blur it well.
Madam nurse even said she would have recorded a video of Genevieve but they would have known it was her.
Likewise, when one politician travelled to the UK and slumped in a hotel and died, it was a Nigerian who worked at the hotel who made a short video of him and sent it to blogs.

All this is to say kudos to Alex’s friends, caregivers, domestic staff, and everyone in his inner circle.
I was discussing with my friend yesterday and I said I was very grateful that the people in Alex’s life went along with his wish and protected his privacy till the very end. It is very rare to have people like that.
Not everybody wants pity. Not everybody wants to suffer in the full glare of the public. Not everybody wants their pain out there. A lot of people like to handle their stuff in private. If it works out, they will come out and testify. If it does not, so be it.
Like most Nigerians, I did not know Alex was sick. We just thought he took a social media break.
He was able to maintain his privacy and the dignity that comes with it because his inner circle bu mmadu. They did not leak any stories to any blogs. In fact, it was only after his demise that we learned that he was even married. Who knew he had a wife?
I read Funke Akindele’s post yesterday, and she said she kept trying to reach out to Alex, but Alex declined. A lot of people checked on him and wanted to see him, but he declined and said he was fine.
I think he said no because if they saw him, they would know he was sick, and from there it could become breaking news. He wanted to deal with his illness in private. And it is so admirable and honourable that the people close to him kept his marriage and his sickness very quiet.
So I just want to take a moment to applaud his friends, family, caregivers, and inner circle for protecting him and his pride.

3 days ago, the Nigerian Army jumped a fence to shoot and kill an innocent Nigerian youth in his room, a serving NYSC youth.
They moped his blood, picked up his brain and called it accidental discharge.
Yesterday, a Nigerian policeman shot and killed a restrained youth who said he was sent to pick up a package. He begged for his life. His only request was justice. All he wanted was justice, but he was murdered by those who should protect and give him justice.
I am so ashamed and infuriated. The Nigerian youths have faced too much in this country. They have been through so much💔.
When would enough be enough?

His name Ekemini CHIBUZOR.
He is from Akwa Ibom.
His father and mother died mysteriously.
Someone came and dump him at my gate and disappeared. them he was just a child.
I invited the DPO his name is Kayode.
Him and one of my staff personally took the Ekemini to 3 different motherless baby home and Ekemini was rejected because of his condition. ( Name of Sickness withheld ).
He was almost given up. And the motherless did not want to collect a half dead child.
So the then DPO returned the child to me.
Incase anyone is saying how can 3 motherless homes reject the boy, find out the DPO Kayode is now ASISTANCE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE IN ABIA STATE. ( find out ). 3 motherless homes rejected him.
So I made arrangements and Ekemini was admitted in UPTH, were he spent almost 6 months in admission at UPTH.
After he was discharged he started staying in my house.
Ekemini have also joined my other adopted children to travel to DUBAI, OMAN AND KENYA for vacation.
They also met popular Daddyfreeze in Dubai during the vacation. And he was shocked that a pastor will sponsor children that are not his biological children on an expensive vacation .

From my DM:
For 25 years, my family has been searching for my brother, and not a single day has gone by without hoping for news about him.
His name is Chukwugekwu Okonkwo. He is Nigerian, from Abagana, and was born on July 12, 1979. The last time we saw him was when he was about to travel abroad, and since then, he has completely disappeared from our lives.
About six years ago, someone claimed to have seen him in Cameroon. Since then, we have held onto that hope, going from place to place in search of answers. We keep being told that he is alive but not doing well.
This is a desperate call for help.
If you have seen him, know anything about him, or have any information at all, please reach out.
All information and questions can be sent to @splashysophy.
Please help us share this as widely as possible. Someone, somewhere might have the missing piece to this story.

Today is Sallah celebration. Notice that no pastor is preaching against it. Christians are not condemning it as pagan celebration, and Christians are not telling people to avoid eating sallah food. Christians are not telling people not to say happy sallah.
Wait till Easter or Christmas, and you see Muslims all over the place condemning it. Imams will openly preach against it.
Christianity is indeed love.

Nigerians please we need justice for Elozino Joshualia Ogege. My secondary school friend. She wasn’t just a classmate, she was my friend we sat together in school. She was a decent girl. Elo was not wayward.
They killed her Nigerians. They plucked her eyes while she was alive, breast and heart before she died.
She was a brilliant student, a first-class student from 100 level to 300 level at Delta State University Delsu.
She only went to look for a house to rent Nigerians😭
She told a security man working in DELSU, Onoriode (Onos), who had access to the school environment that she was looking for a house, he then told her he would help her get accommodation. That was how he lured her. Delsu claimed they are contract staff from a security company. Guess what? This security man is an Ex-convict.
He did not act alone.
He worked with other Yahoo boys including Desmond and their gang and with the help of a security supervisor identified as Nwosisi Benedict Uche. The mastermind was a Yahoo boy who came from Ghana, and got those Yahoo boys to look for a girl for ritual for him. He had 2 houses already in Abraka. Elo was not their first victim.
They planned it.
They waited for her inside the school environment, campus 3, overpowered her by putting something on her face and took her away.
They drove her out of Abraka into a bush.
According to their own confession, Elozino was crying and begging them to let her go even after they took her eyes alive she was still begging them. 😭
But they did not stop.
They killed her and removed parts of her body for ritual purposes to use for what they call “Yahoo Plus” money rituals.
They took those parts to a native doctor identified as Ojokojo Robinson Obajero, who they believed would perform money rituals for them.
The police tracked her phone and arrested them after the family reported she was missing because they couldn't reach her.
The Delta State Police PRO, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, confirmed that the suspects confessed and that the crime started as a missing person case before turning into a murder investigation.
Even the Commissioner of Police at the time, Muhammad Mustafa, confirmed arrests and said they were ritual killers.
One of the masterminds even died while trying to escape arrest.
But since 2018… what has happened? Elon have had no justice since 2018.
The case has been in court. Adjournment after adjournment.
Delay after delay. Years have passed. No clear justice. Are they bringing the judge?
My friend left her house to look for accommodation and never came back.
She trusted the wrong person a security man inside her own school. Delsu refused to show concern for their negligence. How can you employ an Ex-convict? Why would a security company employ an Ex-convict?
Elo is gone we know but we want justice. And till today, it feels like justice is still being delayed.
Nigerians, how long will this continue? How long will young girls keep dying like this? How long will cases like this be forgotten?
Please speak up. Please don’t let this case die. Please people I'm begging y'all to help us speak. They already confessed to doing it. They should have been sentenced to death already. All the people involved.
Help us cry for justice @Hybrid_Ola

Years ago, bandits kidnapped his two wives.
He paid ₦10 million to secure their release.
Months later, the same criminals returned and abducted his younger brother, Hassan.
He paid another ₦3.5 million (plus airtime, phones, and other demands) to free him.
Terrified for his family's safety, he relocated them to a more crowded area, hoping it would bring protection.
For about a year and a half, they lived in relative peace.
Then the bandits tracked them down again.
This time, they kidnapped him, the same wife who had been taken before, and his daughter.
The demanded ransom: ₦20 million (along with motorcycles, phones, call cards, and more).
The family managed to raise ₦7 million. It wasn't enough.
After 42 days in captivity — enduring severe beatings, torture, and an untreated fractured leg — Malam Bashar Sani was k!lled.
His wife and daughter were eventually released.
One man.
Three separate abductions targeting his family.
Tens of millions paid in ransom over the years.
And still, he lost his life.
He served as a Director at the College of Education, Maru, in Zamfara State.
This is the heartbreaking story of Malam Bashar Sani. A cruel reality unfolding every day in villages, communities, and local government areas across Northern Nigeria.
Something is got to change. 🇳🇬

I'm buying a church.
I’ve made a cash offer of £225,000 to purchase this church, which was about to close and be sold off to developers.
I'm fed up with driving past all these churches in the UK that used to thrive, support the community, and feed the homeless.
Now, just look at these beautiful church buildings.
So many are boarded up, closed down, with developers queueing up to profit from converting them into flats.
I simply can't accept that a building built to glorify Jesus for generations can be turned into something solely for profit.
So I've placed an offer on a church in my hometown.
My plan is to buy it and offer it completely free of charge, with zero rent, to a church willing to worship Jesus here and serve others.
What do you think of this idea?

🚨16-Year-Old Walks Home Never Arrives 💔
On July 26, 2022, Susana Morales left a friend’s house in Lilburn, Georgia. A short walk. A normal night. A routine that ended in silence.
For months, her family lived in fear and uncertainty. Calls went unanswered. Messages stopped delivering. Flyers were shared. Candles were lit. The community whispered prayers into the night.
Then, in February 2023, hope shattered. Her remains were found in a wooded area in Gwinnett County.
Even more shocking — a police officer, someone sworn to protect, was arrested in connection with her death.
Susana wasn’t just a name in the news. She was someone’s daughter, a sister, a friend. Sixteen years old. A whole life ahead of her.
Justice is still unfolding, but her life mattered long before the tragedy did. Remember her. Say her name.
