@BowdenOnBass @MalcolmNance Yes, we have been told that since the start of the war. But there can still be a % of error due to decentralized organization.

FINAL BLOW? THIS IS FOREVER WAR. There is an insane level of strategic incoherence here. I've sailed off all of these islands in war and this doesn't make sense. Note it could be strategic misdirection. 1) Kharg & nearby Goplats can be taken with 100 men or disabled with Drones. Why are there 1,000s of Airborne and SOF moving to secret bases in Israel/Jordan? There is a bigger target hinted here and its inside of Iran mainland. 2) LARAK?! It's under spitball range of Hormuz, Bandar Abbas, Qeshem and IRGC ports on eastern mainland. This is about the Oil terminal there, but it's Khe Sahn with water around out. Also its TINY. 3) Abu Musa will be seized to return it to UAE control, Greater and Lesser Tunb Islands places us under attack range from Qeshem, Bandar Langeh and Hengam Island. Also Sirri Island and Goplats unsealed help Iran. 4) Seizing ships means Iran will attack ALL ships. This silliness could go on for years!

Axios: The Pentagon is developing military options for a "final blow" in Iran that could include the use of ground forces and a massive bombing campaign, according to two U.S. officials and two sources with knowledge.

@GenFlynn I stopped reading half way through. This bias analysis is getting ridiculous. Why is it okay for the one side to target financial institutions, but a sign of weakness from Iran. I thought since no war has been "declared ", if u target an institution, also yours is fair game.

SITREP Iran Conflict — Escalation Assessment Iran has crossed a significant threshold. Following confirmed strikes on banking infrastructure inside Iran, Iranian military sources are now threatening retaliatory action against US and Israeli financial centers across the region, with specific signals pointing toward tech sector targets. This represents a deliberate strategic shift from military-to-military engagement toward targeting civilian economic infrastructure, a move that places ordinary American workers, employees of major technology companies, directly in the crosshairs of a regime at war. This escalation is not a sign of Iranian strength. It is the signature of a losing force making a desperate play. Regimes that are winning wars fight on the battlefield. They do not threaten banks, financial centers, and technology campuses populated by civilian workers. The decision to escalate toward economic and civilian targets is a calculated gamble by Tehran, an attempt to generate enough global economic disruption and political pressure to force Washington and Jerusalem to stand down before the military situation deteriorates further. It will not work, but it must be recognized for what it is. Iran's air defense architecture has been severely degraded since strikes began on February 28. Their missile and drone stockpiles are being systematically reduced. Proxy networks across Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen are fractured or operating under significant constraint. The transition in the supreme leadership with Mojtaba Khamenei installed only days ago creates internal uncertainty at the command level. These are the conditions that produce exactly this kind of escalatory threat: loud, broad, and designed to intimidate rather than defeat. Threatening US tech sector targets is significant for one specific reason. It signals Iran is willing to accept international condemnation for targeting civilian economic infrastructure in exchange for the psychological and political impact of threatening American workers on American soil or in American-affiliated facilities abroad. That is a terrorism calculus, not a military one. Iran is making a massive, desperate move because they are losing and they know it. The targeting of financial centers and technology infrastructure is designed to change the psychological terrain of this conflict when they can no longer change the physical terrain. Desperation dressed as escalation is still desperation. Do not be deceived by it. 5th Generation Warfare at its most defined level. @RealDonaldTrump @JDVance

We talk endlessly about "toxic masculinity" and the burdens placed on women, but there is a silent, terrifying reality about the male existence that the world absolutely refuses to acknowledge: Society views men as inherently disposable. From the moment a boy is born, he is subconsciously taught that his life is worth slightly less than the people around him. He is taught that his ultimate purpose isn't to be cherished, but to be consumed for the safety and comfort of others. We like to think we have evolved past "women and children first," but we haven't. In any crisis, a burning building, a mass shooting, or a war, a man's life instantly becomes the lowest priority. If a man escapes a tragedy while women perish, society looks at him with disgust. He is expected to be the human shield. He is expected to die so that others may live, and if he chooses his own survival, he is branded a coward for the rest of his life. Look at the way the news reports global tragedies. “Bombing kills 40 people, including 12 women and 5 children.” Think about the absolute cruelty of that sentence. The deaths of the 28 men are treated as background noise. They are just a statistic. Their lost lives, their severed dreams, the families they left behind, none of it matters as much. Society has been conditioned to view male death as the "default setting" of tragedy. A dead man isn't a heartbreak; he is just collateral damage.

The regime might have scored a quick win in curtailing communication, but they've screwed so many people up in the long run. The building blocks for Digital Progress have been shattered! Any Ugandan seeking support/funding for an internet based project should kiss those opportunities goodbye. Expect an exodus of projects to Kenya & Rwanda. Big Corporations thinking about setting up critical Digital operations in East Africa will now strike Uganda off the list of countries to approach for business. Investor confidence in the Ugandan Digital Economy has taken a major hit. No investor wants to sink their money in an economy that operates on the whims of one person. Expect capital flight. Risk premiums are going to increase exponentially, affecting SME access to opportunities & funding. Investors will only open their purses when they are assured of loss mitigation - which is almost impossible. Several Ugandan Digital Start-ups will now lose customers, data, and credibility because, what do you mean you were in the dark for several days and you're working on a Digital Solution? Certain gigs like outsourcing, freelancing, and call-center businesses have been ruined. As I said, no business wants unreliable resources as part of their processes. The few strides we had taken in the adoption of Digital Transactions/Payments (which is where the world is heading) will now be rolled back. We're going to start from scratch - yet again. Digital Payment Platforms like PayPal & Stripe that Ugandans were struggling to convince to add on their list of available territories are now justified in their refusal to remove Uganda from the Blacklisted countries. I could go on and on. Bottom line is, we are screwed!

Interestingly, the impact of this shutdown in the market is going to be consumers’ rejection of totally internet-dependent appliances and electronics. Just like that Smart homes are now another 10 years away.

@LycamobileUG @BroneKing .@LycamobileUG how is this acceptable? Cash deducted from my Airtel Money for a monthly data purchased via your website. No data credited. I’ve called customer care three times—same scripted response every time. It’s been 3 days. Fix this.
