@Telstra are you aware that there is no connectivity in Carnegie VIC? There is no reference to network issues from Telstra as well ? Is this being investigated ? I have had no reception at all and the city centre has no connection either. Thanks

@Telstra No the NBN modem with Ariss written on it. My smart modem is lighted a blue at this stage but my nbn line is actually not working. I am speaking to someone but it’s just taking forever and I’ve spent half a day trying to resolve this issue

@ikprojekt In general our store team aren't able to help with faults unfortunately. When you say the black box, do you mean the box that your Smart Modem plugs into? -Ash

@Telstra My grandparents have a medical condition and your support messages are useless and take forever to come back!!!?! They have no dial tone at their premises and I cannot call for Emergercy? Why would someone from @NBN_Australia come down and not fix their service!!!

@Telstra Well they came to finalise the service and they just simply advised that the black box that’s connected into nbn isn’t working? So my smart modem is limited connected through now I’m at the Telstra store and they cannot help me?

@ikprojekt it is not good to hear that your grandparents have no dial tone and the technician wasn't able to get the issue fixed. Did the technician give any information about what was happening and why they couldn't restore the service? -Ash

@RockstarSupport I'm still having issues playing missions etc: I keep on getting an error message advising rock stage game services are currently unavailable. I've done a hard reboot on my xbox, disconnected my internet (reconnected) done everything I can but still getting this message?

Players should be able to log in to GTA Online without issue at this time. We are still experiencing some minor issues with certain features. Thank you for your patience.
