@BrittanyFerries hello. I'm sailing on your ship Galicia in reserved seat. Is it possible to charge mobile phones in reserved seats: with standard plug/socket or with USB? DFDS' Cote d'Albatre and Seven Sisters have this option so I think that maybe your ships do too. Thank you.

@BrittanyFerries hello. Thank you for your reply. The IT problem looks to persist. I opened your booking page in Edge (How many?, --> 4, and fixed), in Chrome (to start with How many?, --> 4, but I was able to click on MINUS sign and defaults to 1), in Android phone (How many?, --> 4, and fixed).

@BrittanyFerries, hello. I want to sail from UK to France with bicycle. When I select How are you travelling? --> Bicycle, it defaults to How many? --> 4. I can't change it. I think that it is IT glitch on your system. Will 1 bicycle be successfully added to my reservation?

@HIExpress I have previously contacted Holiday Inn Express Folkestone Channel Tunnel by email reservations@hiexfolkestone.com (using contact details on your website) as I find emails easier than phone calls but no one replied to my email. I can resend my email but can you ask them to reply?

@BrittanyFerries Hello Brittany Ferries. Different example. It is not possible to sail with bicycle Portsmouth -> Cherbourg on Fri and return Cherbourg -> Portsmouth on Tue but it is possible to sail with bicycle Cherbourg -> Portsmouth on Tues and return Portsmouth -> Cherbourg on Fri. How come?

@ilonaserwicka This is because the ship on the return sailing on the 18th August does not carry bicycles ^JE

@BrittanyFerries, hello. Could you help with your bicycle policy? Ferries Portsmouth to Caen / St Malo have bicycle option (so does Poole - Cherbourg) but ferries Portsmouth to Cherbourg / Le Havre don't have bicycle option. Can I book as foot passenger and bring folding bicycle?
