@TheoNahman99681 Unpopular opinion:
Personal brand > product quality
at early stage
Nobody buys from strangers
Everyone buys from people they follow
Learning this the hard way 😅

Every time I build, I get a new idea, add another feature, and realize — if I don’t stop, I’ll never launch.
Today I finished the core feature: YouTube → Shorts
Paste any URL.
AI finds the best viral moments, clips them, and auto-reframes to 9:16.
It’s done. No more feature creep.
Building the landing page right now.
Time to stop over-engineering and start shipping. 🚀

Bought this book 4 years ago when I was just starting out.
Back then, my English was completely broken. I literally struggled through every page with a translator just to understand the basic logic.
Opened it up again today and realized I’m reading and understanding it effortlessly.
Kind of a crazy full circle moment. Just a reminder to myself that showing up every day actually pays off.

@NickBMarketing Landing page isn’t fully ready yet
The main traffic plan is actually using my own tool itself to generate content and bring users into the product organically).
