@urbancompany_UC I'm interested in buying the M2 pro. Just wanted to understand couple of things. Does the 2 year unconditional warranty cover the entire system, the filters & the technician visits for 2 years irrespective of the usage ?? Or is there any conditions/ usage limits.

What to do?
A recent question on our Forum.
Many skip “small” health issues while buying insurance.
Many think it doesn’t matter.
Of course it does.
Recently, we were reviewing a newly purchased health insurance policy.
When we asked about medical history, the response was familiar:
“Completely fit and fine.”
We probed a little deeper.
That’s when it came up, regular use of Thyronorm for thyroid.
This is very common. And usually, it comes from denial.
Most of us believe we’re “perfectly fine” even after a diagnosis.
And honestly, many agents or call centre executives don’t dig deep enough either. So things slip.
At that time, it feels harmless.
Kya hi hoga!
But the real problem can show up years later.
Usually at the worst possible time, during a claim.
In most cases, insurers do find out. Through one small line written by a doctor in your hospital records.
And the claim gets rejected.
Yes, there’s the moratorium clause. But insurers can invoke the “fraud” exception to cancel the policy and reject the claim.
If you genuinely forgot to disclose something, inform your insurance company immediately. There’s no point paying future premiums if claims may get rejected later.

@akshay_ranjith @rajupp I don't know if I've missed such a report or have misread the ones I went through. Are there lab tests that can show that the hardness, chlorine and bacteria in the filtered water is lower than the source and by how much. That would help.

But from what I understand, these are certificates that say that the product is safe for use and is not introducing any toxic substances or heavy metals in the water. It does not compare the before and after condition of the water. 1/2

For smooth waters, especially in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune ,Delhi etc.. the only option is to go for the Purifit Shower & Tap filters😅.
If you don't like the product, you can return it. No questions asked !! (we have a 60 day return period)

@akshay_ranjith @rajupp Hey, it's been close to 9 months now, went to the website to see if any kind of lab reports are available to substantiate the claim before I make the purchase. Still nothing. For a brand that has 'science' in the name, this is unfortunate. @waterscience_in
