Feeling cheated by @IndiGo6E airlines. Not issuing refund for 6E2103 DEL-UDR 27 dec 2024, which was cancelled in JAI after hours of suffocating torture in flight, passengers were made false commitment of refund. And had to pay by their own for travel to UDR.@MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia

@IndiGo6E If @IndiGo6E were concerned, you wud have resolved it. I tried reaching ur customer cell 3 times, everytime it is told sr. concern team will call. Never got call. This journey was a waste of whole day for all and a suffocating torture in stranded aircraft at JAI. Many fell ill.

@TrendingUdaipur 6E2103 was diverted to Jaipur after 1.5 hrs of horrifying hovering over Udaipur and then cancelled. Passengers were made suffocated for 3 hours in the flight by @IndiGo6E and the more big news now is that they r not refunding the tickets prices now which they committed in Jaipur

@MSArenaOfficial It's 3rd day, I haven't got any call back for the resolution since the last call. My car is still at the workshop. No customer support by @MSArenaOfficial @Maruti_Corp . No customer centricity from dealer. This is pathetic. I am now worried for my vehicle, afraid of any sabotage.

@drm_dli @RailwaySeva Staff coming and going telling "we r working...but it's a problem wid th coach...it was under maintenance for long and came in job today only".
