This was a question mark Rosenior had when he came in the door… It's time Chelsea stopped hiring managers with questions marks on their heads and conducted a proper risk assessment. -- Who is an elite coach with a proven ability to lead with experience at the highest level? No coach who has been there and done it is readily available, so the profile must match one who has key traits to potentially achieve that. Cesc Fàbregas, Xavi Hernández, Filipe Luís… -- I know a lot about Cesc Fàbregas and Xavi Hernández. They fit the profile. I don't know as much about Filipe Luís but he should be studied very closely after the work he did with Flamengo. He created a top tactical team with the heart of a lion. Nagelsmann also worth studying.
