@jackvish2000 @mybmc @CSMIA_Official Hey Jacky, It is a mandatory 7 days institutional quarantine in Mumbai. I didn't fly to Mumbai. instead, I went to Hyderabad where you have 14 days home quarantine.

@airindiain @Cleartrip I am waiting for my refund since April. And there is no response to my refund. It is the worst airline. How much more time I have to wait. Such a PATHETIC service. The response is never delayed while taking money. Bloody Money Suckers!

@Cleartrip If I am not wrong the refund reference number is generated from your end and that to in 24-72 hours once the refund is initiated. According to your website details and previous message the refund was processed from your end on 6th. Where is my money?

@imsaurabhm09 @imsaurabhm09 We understand your disappointment. As per revert received from the airline, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the fare rules as airline is not giving waiver on the cancellation charges. Please let us know if you want us to proceed with the refund.
