@ProfRobAnderson I did an ‘unfinished symphony’ event at a previous law school, getting people to work what gets abandoned and what could be reused. I found it heartening to hear from very successful people about the ones that got away.

Contract Law: Is the rule from Luten Bridge v. Rockingham County a default rule, in the sense that the parties could contract around it and entitle a party to complete their own performance and be paid regardless of repudiation by the other party?
