INALP has formally disassociated from DAU SoL and filed a representation before the Bar Council of India demanding investigation, suspension of admissions, and punitive reimbursement of a minimum INR 14,00,000 per enrolled student.

This is not a full-time LL.M. with some compliance gaps. This is a working-professional, part-time, distance-learning programme — dressed in the language of a full-time, on-campus degree and sold at INR 3,50,000 per student.

🔴 Industry exposure promised in brochure: Delivered online to save costs. 🔴 Research Methodology — a core mandatory subject: Conducted online. 🔴 Faculty member who raised violations: Removed in 90 minutes. 🔴 Second batch: Already being admitted. No disclosure to students.

At School of Law, Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU SoL), every design choice tells the same story: 🔴 Advertised as: Full-time. In-person. 🔴 Delivered as: Hybrid. Online. Weekends-only for mandatory components. 🔴 Enrolled: Working professionals who never took academic leave.
