@airtelindia @reliancejio @airtelindia I have submitted request to close both my internet accounts - because you can use fraudulent techniques only once - activating free plan and charging for it. Now you've lost loyal customer who was considering full upgrade. Hope you enjoyed your scams.

@firangibake I don't expect customer service from @eatsurenow, relax. Have stopped ordering entirely. Once a week and several recommendations to 1 order in an year. Won't even waste time. I was looking for help from @Swiggy but they failed too

This is how @firangibake sent their order, it was all sauce with a couple of pieces of paneer, half was just a layer of cheese with nothing below. @Swiggy said restaurant has fixed portions. Can't help. You mean no portions? No company cares for their customers anymore.

I didn't think I'll have to file a chargeback on card for an @Amazo purchase, and also file a consumer complaint.The delivery executives keep marking package not ready without calling, making my heavy purchase useless. Hoping @rblbank and NCHI help.

At least 20 rides a month, and when there's a genuine issue of rude driver changing route which increases the fare, automated message keeps telling me that they can't do anything. So @Uber_India drivers, change routes and earn more. Uber will protect you.

@OneCardHelp I did not see this. Also, bought offline via cash since offer advertised is flat 200 off, given discount is effectively less than 30. It is cheating by @amazonIN who don't even care to reply and have closed customer care channels on their app. Lakhs worth of orders on Amazon and.

@titaneyeplus Tracking is updated from bluedart. It is still very delayed, hurting my eyes and if anything happens I'll file a consumer case (not complaint). You can't hide your inefficiency behind fancy words. None of them make any sense or are useful.

Using @titaneyeplus for the first time and highly disappointed by a brand like Titan. There's no update. ETA 19th and till 22nd no update. And then on track order, you can't click or even copy tracking ID. You have to type it. Imagine doing it on phone. Cont.

@JioCare What about days and weeks of ordeal? I'm down with Dengue and running behind your customer service asking me to connect with customer service, using Airtel hotspot for internet, then your people call for spam and even stop that in between? No rest, and this ordeal! Thanks jio.

Absolutely nightmate to have @reliancejio fiber. It takes days for anyone to hear complaint. Now, they themselves closed and called me to call customer care. Out of 3 months plan, where they gave 7 days extra internet, more than 15 days are without service.
