A homeowner in North Fort Worth is asking for help identifying a young teen seen cruelly chasing and shooting two dogs with gel bullets ("Gellets"). Ring camera footage shows the teen relentlessly firing at the terrified dogs as they try to hide. He is seen getting on his knees to shoot underneath an SUV at one dog trying to take cover.
