@infonewport Latest batch of recruits I was with yesterday and there are 15 women out of 21, my first station had one female officer on response out of 5 shifts of around 12 cops on each !!

Doing some basic traffic stops with recruits yesterday, I’m in an unmarked BMW, need a passenger, a recruit volunteers and jumps in
She says “my first time in a police car”
I tell her to press the button marked “full Monty” blues and twos come on and her face lights up 😊👍
