@LNER hi, I’m currently stuck before Doncaster on train 1S31 (was due into Newcastle at 21.53) . I’d be grateful if you could give me an estimate of when the train will arrive into Newcastle or whether it will be cancelled before it reaches Newcastle?

Have not got to mStayGold yet but after @joachimgoedhart mentioned the value of sharing FP data expressed from different systems, I recently codon optimised mTurquoise2 for expression in yeast (example labelling mitochondria @YorkBioimaging) and it works brilliantly!
