Here you see Abbas dedicating a university wing in honor of arch-terrorist Khalil Ibrahim al-Wazir خليل إبراهيم الوزير, aka Abu Jihad. Abu Jihad was responsible for killing scores of Israeli civilians. Mossad assassinated him in Tunisia in 1988, an act condemned by the UN.
