Parece que es más un filtro al video no el color de la bandera en si, el tipo de cámara, iluminación y edición puede afectar esto. Hay ciertos colores fríos que cambian tonalidad mas fácilmente que los colores cálidos, dependiendo del lente usado y la luz, el azul claro es uno de ellos.
