@CapitalOne I have been a customer of yours with venture x credit card. I have been paying my phone bill thinking I would have protection for my phone. I am leaving the country, and after a week of back and forth, I am unable to get this claim processed. Extremely frustrated
@TurkishAirlines complaint about your staff Eyup Kirkaya on TK2174 from Istanbul to Ankara. He made us check in the only carry on we had saying no space. Plenty of overhead space and now customers coming on plane have the same size bags. What? Why? Please train your staff.

@HiltonIstanbul I went to your spa at hagiasophiamansions and asked for a receipt. It’s been 10 days of constant calls and messages and still nothing. Very frustrating to see this of a five star hotel.

@JWMarriott stayed at your istanbul Bosphorus property MANY times. Points were not credited per previous practice. Not listening to the customer and at this point I’m just giving up
@MBonvoyAssist I stayed at the JW istanbul Bosphorus Oct 27-28 and still don’t have the points or nights credited. My embassy made the reservation. I was told that because it was through a third party, the points don’t apply. If you look at Oct 13-17, Aug 15-16, May 15-16, same process.
@TurkishAirlines flew today from istanbul to Ankara and you changed a purchase seat for my three year old to another one where you expected him to sit alone. Absolutely outrageous. The team told me to figure it out with the other passenger.

@isabelle0184@united After flying the segments, it is unfortunately not possible to redirect the credit request to an other loyalty program, at least with Miles&More. You can check it with United as well, in case they handle this differently. 2/2 /René
@Lufthansa_USA I flew your airline on July 5 and have been having a hard time getting my miles credited. It looks like based on the class you will not credit on Turkish airlines. Please let me know how I can switch to include my United account instead.

@TurkishAirlines very poor system. Called your customer service to get my miles credited because they didn’t show. They tell me to call another number and another one. Please fix. This is very poor service for an email line that prides itself as five star
