Totally agree! I had a similar experience in Kutch last year with my family. My brother, who's from Delhi and not exactly a Modi fan, asked our driver what he thought about the PM. The driver's response was really heartfelt – he said Modi was like a living God to him, and explained how the tent city project had transformed opportunities in the region since 2007. He was emotional talking about how his daughter got a full government scholarship to study MBBS in a govt medical college. We had a great 45-minute chat on the way to Mandvi beach – he had a lot of insights sharing the journey from the earthquake to now.

Bhai iam from kutch and our condition was worse than jamnagar without water, electricity and employment. Kutch was one of the poorest district of gujarat under congress and now we produce more electricity in kutch than entire Pakistan's electricity generation.

Yesterday (even this morning), I noticed that petrol pumps were almost empty, not even the usual crowd. It seems all the panicked individuals rushed to get their tanks filled at the same time, fearing a shortage of petrol/diesel. People often don’t rely on logic; they are quick to believe rumours.. Those who got petrol after a 3 hour long queue, must be crying in the corner. 😹

According to the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, two Indian LPG carriers, Jag Vasant and Pine Gas, carrying 92,612.59 MT of LPG, have transited through the Strait of Hormuz. The vessels have 33 and 27 Indian seafarers onboard, respectively. These vessels are destined for India and are likely to reach Ports between 26th & 28th March 2026.

@Mrsinha Yes. I went from Vadodara to Surat in 92 minutes only. That tower is not a big issue, and will be relocated.

Just yesterday, drove from Surat to Ahmedabad in under 3 hrs (with a 15-20 min of tea break). There was some work going on near Bharuch, but you can't judge a 1000 km+ long expressway based on a 100 m stretch unless you're looking for engagement farming or acting like a lowlife Congressi troll.
