@_orcaman יצא לי פעמיים להיות במצב הזה. פעם אחת הייתה לא נעימה, ופעם אחת הייתה מעולה אבל זה באמת היה עם מנהל נדיר כמו שאמרת. בדיעבד, מקווה שבעצמי הייתי בסדר להורים בצוות כשהייתי רשצ בלי ילדים, אבל כמו שאמרת, עד שלא נהייתי הורה לא הבנתי מה זה, וכנראה שגם עשיתי טעויות כאלה..

@DanShappir @shahata @Wix @reactjs I agree, that was the first thing I found missing as well. It’s not trivial at all, but would definitely be a game changer

@shahata @Wix @reactjs It looks very cool! A bit of constructive criticism: manually creating and maintaining the component hierarchy in code that you create and update using drag-and-drop on the canvas feels arduous and error-prone. You should automatically keep them in sync.

#פידהורים, הבת שלנו (6) ממש שונאת ללכת ברגל. יש לה דוגמה אישית טובה מאיתנו (הולכים ברגל בטירוף) ואין לה בעיה פיזית (צופים בה ליטרלי רצה שעה בחוג כדורגל או בגינה עם חברים), אבל כשצריכים ללכת רבע שעה, היא תמיד מתבכיינת בטירוף ("כואבות לי הרגליים", "זה רחוק" וכו'). איך פותרים?

@_bondit_ I think most of the times it's just more subtle and tougher to spot than technical questions. I get this information from the candidate background, from their reaction to technical questions, from how they talk about a challenging task they had to solve, etc'

@itayfry I think that's mostly a fancy story we tell ourselves I can count on one hand the no. of interviews I did that actually tested my ability to learn The vast majority of interviews test candidates' knowledge and past experience

A junior developer that's willing and able to learn is a better hire than a senior developer that isn't. I said what I said. #webdeveloper
