Nigerians who studied the numbers before removal knew there was only one way out for our economy. Ours wasn’t even making sense , we were subsidizing two things at the same time with crazy loopholes and opportunities for people to make crazy money.
Your N1,000,000 in 2022 would have become 100,000 now if we hadn’t removed the subsidy . The Senegalese President is a populist which is why he wouldn’t consider removal. A pragmatic technocrat will remove subsidy.
Not easy in a poor and developing country tbh. I wish Senegal well. It’s a tough situation for them.

Amaechi fought the most battle during the 2015 election. He was the DG who sacrificed his political goodwill in Rivers State just to defeat Jonathan. It is quite unfair that Tinubu gets all the accolades because he owns the media. First NADECO, and now Buhari 2015 victory.
A lot went into the 2015 struggle. Many never recovered till date. It is even possible for them not to recover again. Atiku, Saraki, Amaechi, Kwankwaso. Some may never become President because of that single move but Tinubu has been the one moving around claiming the glory. Lol

Let me share another hack:
If you're buying a used iPhone (from 14 upwards), and it has a physical SIM tray, it's most likely been altered/converted.
Starting from the 14 series, iPhones for the US market use only e-SIMs.
So, it's always important to confirm which country's version you're buying.
To know if the iPhone is a US version, check your model number in settings. If it ends in LL/A, then it's US.
Some vendors dubiously add the physical SIM tray because that's what sells faster. Be vigilant when you're buying an iPhone and always talk to someone that has enough knowledge about it, or just do your research.

Let me share a hack: If the locked phone is more than 3yrs old (from production date), you can easily unlock it without paying a kobo. Go to the website of the carrier it’s locked on, look for “unlock device”, enter your IMEI, and wait for 72hours. Your phone will be unlocked.
