If you want to improve how attractive you look, go for a 15-30 second SPRINT
One of the most detrimental and damaging aspects of our modern society, is the increase in sedentary behaviour and the excessive usage of MOBILE PHONES (most people move when their phone is on 1% to go and charge their phones)

The problem with our modern sedentary lifestyle, is that the legs NEVER go above the midline of the torso - resulting in stagnant lymphatic drainage, reduced circulation around the body and face causing loss of perceived beauty and attractiveness due to a blockage in circulation - you look puffy and feel sluggish due to your sedentary lifestyle.
