If you want to look more attractive to others, consider putting raising your legs on the wall for 3-5 minutes a day. The problem with our modern sedentary lifestyle, is that the legs NEVER go above the midline of the torso - resulting in stagnant lymphatic drainage, reduced circulation around the body and face causing loss of perceived beauty and attractiveness due to a blockage in circulation - you look puffy and feel sluggish due to your sedentary lifestyle. However, when you take care of your body and raise your legs on the wall - lymph from the legs can drain to the subclavian arteries and veins in the upper body easily - this reduces TOXIC STAGNANT lymph around the body so you have more energy and you look better than ever before due to unblockage and increase in circulation (against the force of gravity) and even activation of the parasympathetic neevous system hence reduced stress,fear and anxiety. Put your legs up on the well for 3-5 minutes a day - if that doesn't fit your busy schedule, try 30-60 seconds a day until you feel amazing.

I agree with @CJP_2029 being annoying as hell. It was AAP/Anti-BJP posing as common and frustrated Indian. Even though they were party specific But withheld (blocking) their account in India, is blatant misuse of public power for personal/political gain of BJP.
