For all my ortho colleagues who repair distal biceps through these mini transverse incisions, I don’t know how you do it. Routinely I have high proximal retraction with biceps flipped 180 degrees on itself, lots of crossing large veins and distal recurrent branches everywhere. I have been doing these almost weekly for 21 yrs. I am always thankful I use the longitudinal approach for options to extend if necessary. Kudos to the magicians who can perform this sorcery through MIS😂 @robgraymd @CE_HandSurg @NuelleSportsMD @H2O_SportsMD @sportsdoc2016
