@SonaliVaid Sometimes (usually!) when we request DICOM of an scan performed outside, it is to go through the images in detail, and discuss with our radiology team either one to one or in an MDT, to plan treatment for the patient, while avoiding the cost of a new in-house scan.

@bonesmith_ Yes obviously, that is the consultation fee. That is already paid separately - also at maximum rates. I paid additional 767 just to upload a scan into the system.
As an analogy imagine if we were charged extra to hang up an xray film on a backlit frame for the doctor to read 🤷♀️
