You can’t fix vamping with any launchpad features/deployment rules. However, you can do a lot to fix it by punishing undisclosed paid shills (if you are a platform don’t work with them, if you are a holder don’t hold with them, if you are a trader you dump on them). This is the only way towards any real healing….

No, not a dev buy a cost to deploy. Less tokens, same traders = Concentrated Liquidity. Fees come from volume, not deployments. One token with $10M volume generates 100x more revenue than 1,000 dead rugs and deploys with $100 volume The market has to mature eventually. Pay to play is the only way that happens

I'm curious to see what if launchpads allowed for custom # SOL for the deploy So like most "serious devs" would launch with like 300 SOL deploy (it doesn't go to liquidity it gets burned or smth) So like lets say there's a dog that gets tweeted 10 of them is a low effort .01 SOL deploy 1 of them is a 500 SOL burned deploy, fees go to deployer, it vamps/takes dominance over all the low effort deploys Thoughts?

this is the only solution, no one will buy the 0.001 sol pvp vamp attempt if you wanto pvp and vamp you need to put your money on the line meaning it needs to make sense. quality of the trenches and new pairs will dramatically improve and liquidty will move around a smaller pool of tokens less tokens same traders, they still make the same fees Fees are generated by trading volume not the amount of tokens that are deployed, One token with $10M in volume generates vastly more revenue than 1,000 tokens with $100 in volume. the market has mature eventually, this is the only way that will happen.

MoonPad is going to be launched with 2 systems for token deployment. The first system requires users to pay 1 SOL to deploy (this removes 30–40% of low-effort rugs and spam launches). The second system requires locking $5000 to launch. Once the token reaches a +1M mcap, the dev gets the locked fees back. There are more important features we can’t share yet because we’re sure others will try to copy us. Our mission is to keep the space clean and make memecoins great again!
