After 10 years of failed startups, I’ve finally found the next trillion dollar company. Introducing @VirioAI — the AI marketer for enterprise. As a teen I made content that did 1B+ views/month… …and earned <$10K. That’s when I learned: Views ≠ Pipeline Likes ≠ Revenue The problem wasn’t creating attention. It was turning that attention into revenue. Virio is built to solve exactly that: 1) Tracks your sales pipeline & marketing initiatives 2) Plans targeted content across your entire GTM team 3) Deploys messaging tailored to each decision maker To celebrate our launch out of stealth, I'm giving away our 16,456-word playbook that's generated $50M+ in pipeline. Repost & comment "Virio" and I’ll share it with you in a few minutes!

I got pitched a startup mid driving test. The founder: my DMV instructor. 50 years old. I don't own a car. So I rented a Corolla from a company that exists purely to rent cars to adults taking the test. Instructor included. Ten minutes in he clocks I'm a founder and starts pitching me between turns. His company: a marketplace to teach immigrants to drive in the US. He asks if I think investors would back it. I'm parallel parking. He's walking me through the model. Then, casually: his daughter. Ten years as an operating partner at a top VC firm. So my driving instructor is raising, and he's wired into venture. Nobody in this city would blink. I once said every ambitious founder should spend three months in SF just to see what "possible" looks like. This is what I meant. I crossed the world twice for this energy. SF, I'm staying. Glad I made it. Again.

Founders should stop spending hours making a post look "perfect". Nobody cares how polished it is. They care that you actually have something to say, and that you show up every week.

Been thinking about this as we scale: in-office only creates value when the team's actually there together to collaborate. Problem is it's a slippery slope. Let one person cut a couple hours, then it's a half day, then a full day, then two people, then everyone. Loosening is easy. Tightening back up is nearly impossible. The real solve isn't policing hours. It's recruiting. If you hire people who genuinely want to be there, you're not fighting them to hold the line. You just don't let the wrong people in.

Catan is the most accurate personality trait ever invented. You can learn a lot about someone in one game of Catan. e.g. - The hoarder who stockpiles resources and never trades is the person IRL who splits every check. - The revenge player who spends the entire game trying to get back at someone for robbing them has a massive chip on their shoulder and holds grudges. - The kingmaker who never wins but is the loudest person at the table is the planner of the friend group. - The quiet person who says nothing, barely trades, and wins out of nowhere is the most dangerous person in any room.

Three years ago, the US government kicked me out. This 4th of July, I'm proud to call this place home. The last time I tried to move to San Francisco, I never made it past the border. 12 hours in a white detention room. Question after question. Wondering if my dream was over before it even began. From that day, every US trip turned into a nightmare. I had to arrive 5 hours early to airports, carry stacks of documents to “prove” I would leave, sit through interrogations every single time, and miss flights I’ll never forget. 1 year ago, I decided to fight for permanence and applied for an O-1 visa. After more than $15K in legal fees, six recommendation letters from industry leaders and months of gathering proof for every achievement it became official. The US now calls me an “extraordinary individual.” I think about that a lot on a day like today. This country turned me away and I still wanted in. Not because it was easy, but because there is nowhere else on earth where someone with no connections can show up and build something great. San Francisco took me in. People here bet on me before they had any reason to. I am grateful for the second chance. Grateful for the people who wrote those letters. Grateful to be building here. Happy 4th. Glad I made it.

What if your whole computer were just pixels streamed to you from a model? I’ve been working with @zan2434 and @drewocarr to imagine a version of generative computing that’s much more flexible and visually rich than the GUIs we have today. (Video is sped up and edited)

Imagine every pixel on your screen, streamed live directly from a model. No HTML, no layout engine, no code. Just exactly what you want to see. @eddiejiao_obj, @drewocarr and I built a prototype to see how this could actually work, and set out to make it real. We're calling it Flipbook. (1/5)

Been building a lot with Claude Code and Codex lately One thing I kept running into was how awkward it is to iterate on WebGL and Three.js scenes once they're already working So I built Ghost Panel 👻 Generate controls. Tweak live. Export to code. Disappear before shipping
