In their own simple way, their little brain thought about you. They wondered where you were, what you were doing, and they came looking for you. They didn’t need anything. The doctor who posted an article size diagnosis claiming the kid is barking because he is infected with rabies just deleted his post. I asked a merely simple question for my curiosity. Fearmongering is not a solution. If there is a real rabies exposure, the full 5-dose anti-rabies course is essential. And if a parent is unable to get their child vaccinated, then they should ask someone responsible to ensure it is done. Panic is not medicine. Vaccination is. #dogs #rabies #vaccination

@nitinsanket ABC is a bogus program. None of the sensible countries follow this, US puts up stray dogs for adoption and those that are not adopted are euthanized. ABC only benefits stray dog mafia, the NGOs and the 2rs dog feeders.

ABC Rules are unconstitutional and deserve to be declared null and void. A) The Animal Birth Control (ABC) framework mandating release of stray dogs back to the same territory, even in cases of repeated aggression, violates Article 21 of the Constitution. B) Article 21 guarantees the right to life, personal safety, dignity and freedom from fear. The State has a positive obligation to protect citizens from foreseeable threats to life and bodily integrity. C) Forcing citizens to co-exist with aggressive stray dogs in residential areas, public roads and parks exposes them to continuous risk and denies their fundamental right to safe public spaces. D) Increasing incidents of fatal and serious dog attacks on children, senior citizens and residents demonstrate failure of the current framework to safeguard public safety. E) Delegated legislation under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act cannot override fundamental rights or restrict the State’s constitutional duty to protect human life. F) While animal welfare is recognised under Articles 48A and 51A(g), it cannot take precedence over protection of human life and security guaranteed under Article 21. G) A legal regime that prevents relocation or effective preventive action against dangerous animals is arbitrary, disproportionate and unconstitutional in operation. H) While the Hon’ble Supreme Court is yet to deliver its final ruling on stray dog management, this critical constitutional issue affecting citizens’ right to safety must be considered and the existing ABC framework requires urgent judicial scrutiny. Public safety, human dignity and constitutional guarantees must be prioritised. #straydogfreeindia
