Trump doesn’t get to ignore the Constitution. I’m introducing a new amendment to force the President to state clearly that he will follow the law and faithfully disburse funds authorized by Congress — no loopholes, no exceptions. Republicans put these funding levels in their own bill. Now they must choose: stand by the Constitution or let Trump undermine it. Any Republican who refuses to support this amendment is complicit in attacking our Constitution.
