Sick dashboard!! I was looking at your supps stack. From ur MTHFR + MTRR setup, you might consider switching from folic acid + cyanocobalamin (natures bounty) to 5-MTHF + methylated B12 (e.g. thorne). You’re likely brute-forcing methylation atm, and serum b12 could be missing that. Your choline intake is also quite low (another entire methylation pathway)
