People cheering funding cuts to NPR & PBS have never listened to it. NPR is one of the most neutral news orgs there is. It has the trait of every good news organization: it's BORING. If you're feeling strong emotions watching "the news," it's because it's entertainment, not news.

Hey @elonmusk @DOGE why are y'all cancelling leases for government agencies that keep people safe? Want the US to remain at the top development, research, and forecasting? Fund NOAA. Don't defund it. NOAA takes up 0.1% of the government budget but has been responsible for saving countless lives. Heck, back on the 27th there was a statement stating that any government agency that protected the lives of American citizens wouldn't face cuts. So why is this happening?
