In light of current geopolitical disruptions affecting global fuel supply, steps have been taken to enhance LPG production and prioritise its availability for domestic consumers and essential non-domestic sectors such as hospitals and educational institutions.
Requests from other non-domestic sectors will be reviewed by a committee of Executive Directors from Oil Marketing Companies and prioritised based on merit, necessity, and product availability.

We do not know what happened in this claim.
So it is futile to comment on why the claim was rejected,
Accepting or rejecting a claim is the right of the insurer,
But ridiculing the customer is nothing short of pathetic,
When the agent says,
"Humse puchkar policy lia kya?"
It shows utter disregard for the customer,
Until the customer pays a premium,
The agent behaves nicely,
Just as a claim comes,
They say
"Humse puchkar policy lia tha kya?"
This is really shameful behaviour,
Even the employees of the insurance company are under an obligation to sit with the customer and explain why the insurer is rejecting the claim,
IRDAI also stipulates,
In case a claim is rejected,
The insurance company must educate the customer on the steps to be taken in order to get his issues addressed.
Clearly, no one is helping this customer.
