Horrible experience from @ExtendedStay. The day of our stay they decided they couldn’t honor our reservation and made no attempt to get us setup at another location.

@aprilajoyr Yup I had to miss a wedding because my kids weren't invited. Like I'm going to make a trip half way across the country for a special family event and then tell my kids they can't be a part of it.
