7 day trials really do work like a charm i was a bit sceptical after seeing the revenuecat report but at least for my app there’s a huge difference between 3 vs 7 days i also increased the pricing and it didn’t affect conversions at all best part is people are actually using the app so now it really feels like it’s just a matter of scaling it

Today we're excited to announce NO_FLICKER mode for Claude Code in the terminal It uses an experimental new renderer that we're excited about. The renderer is early and has tradeoffs, but already we've found that most internal users prefer it over the old renderer. It also supports mouse events (yes, in a terminal). I've started hitting Claude (Max plan) daily limit way too often and it's super annoying. Thinking about either getting Codex or renew my Cursor subscription to hand over some tasks. Wondering how others are handling it.

The reason it’s better to use a Mac Mini for OpenClaw (NanoClaw) is that you can then use the Claude Max subscription without fear of a ban. It’s the same as using Claude Code CLI. You can’t use the same subscription on VPS because of OAuth and token refresh… I burned through over $150 on Anthropic API in two days and now I’ll definitely get a Mac Mini and a separate Claude Pro subscription…

Besides subscriptions in the app, I’ll also offer a one time purchase of packages (like tokens). I think most people don’t really like subscriptions and the obligation of recurring payments, maybe a one time package purchase will do well. Do you have experience with this approach and what do you think?

you're asking for app reviews WRONG @ErnestoSOFTWARE and i got 2,700 reviews in the last two weeks on 16,000 downloads that's a 17% review rate higher than 99.9% of apps here's the playbook: don't ask for reviews at the end don't use a random social proof screen to ask for it that's what everyone else does ASK for the review right after the AHA moment the emotional peak the moment the user thinks "this app actually works" examples: - right after a shocking insight - right after the user gets their first win - right after they FEEL the value in our case we ask for the review right after: - their first prayer - their first streak - around 10 minutes of time investment by then, we've already hit them with shockers like "you'll spend 16 years of your life scrolling... but you can't give God 5 minutes?" then the app becomes the solution the relief the reset by the time the review prompt shows up people are convinced they need the app
