Do the math. That is roughly $413,000 per bed. Per bed. At a time when Americans are being told we cannot afford to secure the border properly, cannot afford better schools, cannot afford infrastructure, cannot afford relief for working families, we somehow can afford over 400 grand for a single detention slot. This is not about left or right. This is about oversight. When government spends $400,000 for one bed, taxpayers deserve transparency. What exactly does that figure include. Land acquisition. Construction. Security infrastructure. Staffing. Contracts. Who is getting paid. How are bids structured. Who is auditing the numbers. If you support border enforcement, you should still demand efficiency. If you oppose it, you should still demand accountability. Fiscal responsibility is not partisan. Government spending without scrutiny becomes a blank check. And blank checks are how power grows without limits. We the People are the shareholders. Start acting like it.

This is cool. COURIER has created a searchable database with all 20,000 of the files just released from Epstein’s estate. Trump's name appears in them more than anyone else, in 1,628 documents. couriernewsroom.com/news/we-create…

OpenAI Execs allude to the company being too big to fail. OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar stated that the company wants the U.S. government to provide a backstop or guarantee for AI financing. Meanwhile, Sam Altman believes that the government is the “insurer of last resort” for AI financing.

Horrified. Disgusted. Democrats just elected an Attorney General who openly fantasizes about murdering republicans and watching our children die in our arms. How am I supposed to raise my children in a state with an attorney general who thinks these things about our family?
