Submitted report 7 weeks ago about corroded injector terminals , decided to call me about it yesterday , sorry we cannot accept that report as evidence of failure
It was from their own breakdown service !

@iansteer@Jaguar Had the same with @Warrantywise , their sub (AA) said it was a DC/DC fault, needed recovery. Wouldn’t authorise a courtesy car until garage had it in pieces to confirm. Wouldn’t authorise have been 7 days without a car, while they got to it.
Needless to say kicked off and got one

@Jaguar can you help at all, after numerous calls, sending emails with required details, I'm still not closer to renewing my remote app for my car. Not sure where to try next but the latest was asked to send an email with docs to an address which doesn't exist? Hours wasted.

Never ever complain but @Jaguar is the worst car I’ve ever got.
DPF issues every week.
Spent thousands fixing it and the next week another problem.
Parts falling off it and now it’s just lost power again taking kids to school.
Please do not ever get one.
