@adamlyttleapps is it paid traffic?
if they opted to spend... why not actually charge them and say it's a pre-order?
English

@firstfruitsapp Yeah, that's why I think your strategy is on-spot too since if winners fatigued, they can rest and Meta redistributes spend
I know you're already good at this, but what I'd do if I were you is to create another Scaling campaign with those 6, you'll be pumping way more for sure.
English

@jabsborja Na Pennies on most. 6 consistently pumping ads though.
Either that said over time ads fatigued and it will move that budget to others.

Why your ads work for 3 days then die off. (SOUND ON) 🔊

@firstfruitsapp $80 total? Weren’t you the guy with 50 creatives in an ad set?
English

@firstfruitsapp great insight! so you just have limited number of assets then mix and match from there?
English

How I make 50 ads with REAL UGC creators but only pay for a couple videos

Nice guys.
English

@jabsborja If I tell you, you have to promise not to make fun of me

How I’m getting trials from meta ads under $3:
james@firstfruitsapp
I think my ads are kinda cooking on this new campaign. 70 active trials rn.
English

@Sam4462302558 @zach_yadegari hey, are you bootstrapped?
I don't mind not being paid initially but significant amount is definitely needed to be funded for marketing.
if you have substantial self-funding, I'm in. I can take it way beyond.
Hit me up on your original X account, would be great!
English

@jabsborja @zach_yadegari Hey Jabez.
I currently have an idea/half done mvp for a fitness app that is quite unique but my co-founder just pulled out and I’m looking for another to join me.
My background is sales and I understand marketing game very well.
Shoot me a dm if you want to hear more.
English

My new project Flow is scaling fast.
I need a developer who is ready to grind, has taste, and works super quickly with Claude Code or Codex.
Salary and equity negotiable.
Even more so, this will be an incredible learning opportunity and you'll see the magic that took Cal AI from 0 -> $40M ARR in 1.5 years.
English

@zach_yadegari got hired, became a tech lead and founding engineer of a VC-backed company - quit for personal reasons and got vouched by the founder to his friends for a remote work - got laid off 'cause their startup tanked. unemployed now and doing apps reached $10k rev - living off of it.
English

@zach_yadegari there's a lot of people here who's better than me but f*ck it, I'll shoot my shot
21, was a founding engineer at a NYC VC-backed company. started doing startup way back 2020, pitched at demo days - ultimately failed. started again, failed >>>
English

.@AnthropicAI my Claude just started speaking mandarin out of nowhere. Is this a new feature of Opus 4.8?

English

@zach_yadegari Another thing:
To learn how to bootstrap, study dropshippers again 😂
English

@zach_yadegari bro dropshippers are literally great storytellers. they don't sell the product, they sell stories smh.
their stores feels like you are donating, not buying 😂
English

@ericsmith1302 Yeah, it's tricky. But there's a lot of strategies too - you can use Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) for accurate ad attribution, most big apps use these like AppsFlyer, etc. since we should never rely on Meta neither Apple for attribution.
English

@jabsborja Oh interesting insight, didn’t know about that. Yeah that would be tricky for me since I’ve always relied on paid ads to grow SaaS
English

@pcshipp @MShirokanski Another thing, you might want to explore Paid Trials so that you have higher rebill rate.
English

@pcshipp @MShirokanski Keep posting @pcshipp
My assumption for you on those cancels probably they did not voluntarily cancel but was failed to be billed.
I suggest turning on Grace Periods on your App Store so that the users are given another trial and gives Apple a runway to rebill again.
