I am delighted to share that Croydon Council has approved plans for a new @marksandspencer Foodhall on Brighton Road at the former Milk & More depot site. This much-needed investment will bring a quality food store with 68 parking spaces and create 50 new jobs. The development also includes a creative enterprise centre with affordable studios for local businesses, supporting 70 more jobs – a fantastic boost for our local economy. Thank you to everyone who supported this – great to see this site given new life. #confidenceinCroydon
