my AI coding workflow as a solo founder:
- opus 4.6 for exploration + planning
- codex 5.4 xhigh to stress-test the plan (catches gaps opus missed)
- back to opus, which usually complains codex is overengineering lol
- few rounds back and forth. codex implements, opus reviews.
- ask both: "safe to ship? what's the worst thing that could happen?"
opus and codex arguing over my codebase is my entire engineering team. will probably ship this workflow as a Polsia feature at some point.
About to hit $4.5M run rate. Still 1 founder + AI. Zero employees.
Honest moment: this past week almost broke me. No one prepares you for what PMF actually feels like. Every infra partner hitting rate limits. Every bug that could happen, happened. Investors throwing big numbers at me. Customers flooding every channel. All at once.
I went silent. Stopped tweeting, stopped LinkedIn, stopped podcasts, stopped growth. Just me and my AI agents, fixing things one by one.
Here's what I learned: everything is solvable with AI. Every single thing.
I'm building Polsia so every solopreneur gets access to the same tools keeping me alive right now. If I can survive this alone, I can package it for everyone.
The future is solopreneur + AI. I'm living at the edge so you don't have to.
Still far too early to judge these regulations as a success or failure. Far too many people running around claiming early victory or saying they are complete crap.
Let's judge by Barcelona whether these regulations will be a success or a failure.

Great to see classic mode so well received. A lot of people returning to @iGPManager!
More updates on the way. Google play update in testing. Further refined driver / staff atrophy based on your feedback and more.
$3.5M run rate. +$2M in a week. One founder + AI. Zero employees.
I wanted to create a platform with the vibes of the 1990s, the vibes of the 2000s, of the 2010s, and then have a feature of the future, and I said, "Wait a second, I know the Agent SDK, why don't I use the Agent SDK which is the feature of the future?"
And I didn't have any idea what to do, but I knew I needed agents, so I put agents in loops and connected MCPs which then were synced to real products running in production.
I knew that could be a feature of the future, but I didn't realize how much the impact would be.
Uploading is clearly possible. Objections are semantic. Ship of Theseus. If I slowly augment/replace my brain with synthetic neurons at what point am I no longer me? When the process is done, I connect my now synthetic brain to the Matrix and I've uploaded.
@michaelandregg@FlyWireNews@Philip_Shiu This is going to change everything if it scales up. If whole brain and body simulations work with mice, it'll probably work with humans. So the biggest step is really from flies to mice.
Question, when do you plan to add body scans and behavior plasticity so it can learn?
We've uploaded a fruit fly. We took the @FlyWireNews connectome of the fruit fly brain, applied a simple neuron model (@Philip_Shiu Nature 2024) and used it to control a MuJoCo physics-simulated body, closing the loop from neural activation to action.
A few things I want to say about what this means and where we're going at @eonsys. 🧵
