I am delighted to announce that I am now a young ambassador for the National Neurodiversity Youth Council. #NNDYC

My hopes for the future of this project are that Neurodiversity is at the forefront of discussion and is on the national agenda. Please look out for our launch over the next couple of weeks on BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat with exclusive interviews from our ambassadors. #NNDYC

I am excited to be involved with this project because it is something very close to my heart with having a diagnosis of Autism and Dyspraxia since the age of 3 years old. #NNDYC

It has been designed by young people for young people to bring youth voices into the national conversation about neurodiversity and to amplify the voices of young people on matters that affect them and to create and to influence policy and practice.

This is a first in its kind, the national project that will create a forum of young people aged 16-24 years old to represent each charity in the coalition.
