@OptimumHelp Oh it’s extremely frustrating. And optimum has called me over a half a dozen times and no one knows what my issue is and you make me re-hash my frustrations and tech problems and provide no solutions. Over and over again.

NO real SERVICE -for at least 14 days @optimum technicians failed to provide solutions...I’ve had 3 technicians come this week alone & today had a supervisor say “he knows how to fix the problem but his other appts are more important than ours” & then left us 😡 @OptimumHelp

Never stay @HiltonGardenInn! Had the WORST experience in Secaucus, NJ. 🤮 The entire hotel is NON-SMOKING and the hallways & our room was filled with the smell of marijuana- UNACCEPTABLE for my kids to be breathing in! GM told me smoking is legal in NJ & to just deal with it.

@Walmart trying to ruin Christmas and the holidays for all the kids (and parents) with its commercial. Wow. No words.
