@jackjpreston @MatthiasLischka @anothercohen Yeah they should redesign cockpits so that pilots don't need training. All it takes is an intuitive interface designed by a round spectacles wearing mac toting "creative" and viola - anyone can fly a 747.

@anothercohen Business software does not need to look fancy and "beautiful". It has to be fast and efficient. Often users even get training on that software upfront. It's not an public facing app. IMHO most UX experts have a hard time seeing the difference.
