@InPostUK@vinted claim it was sold outside of @vinted despite me providing all emails and communication from @Inpost and even their own messages from within their own system. Really frustrating and disappointing they don’t take their legal responsibility seriously

I sell an item that @InPostUK admit they lost and tell me #vinted need to assist me. All support @vinted do is repeatedly ask for information and then say I sold the item outside of #vinted and that ‘I’ received a replacement 🤦🏻♀️ IM THE VENDOR. Disgusting and dishonest 😡
@TalkTalk never experienced a shocking customer service like talk talk. My 86 yo mother in law had no wifi for 10 days and lied to every time we phone. We’ve an active complaint and still nothing. I am having to cancel her direct debit causing major stress and moving to virgin

@TalkTalk I’m so pleased that you suggested we contact @SkyUK today. They were brilliant and clarified exactly what happened with my parents landline no. of 47 yrs. @TalkTalk you have mislead us and provided false information in writing! This isn’t the end of it, it’s just beginning

@TalkTalk I will do but I don’t hold out much hope. I’ve already had a live chat last Thursday ensuring me that everything is now sorted. My parents have rung Talktalk 5 times today, one call lasting 19 mins but each time they get to the complicated stage it appears they hang up!
@cjmrav@TalkTalk Three weeks now my 80 yr old parents messed about and lied to. Today was the day for line and wifi to go live, still no router and Openreach have turned up AGAIN to install a new line which they don’t need! Ridiculous, customer service…Is there any? 🤬
@TalkTalk As predicted directed to the number we’ve had lies from for over a week. As I say do not touch talk talk with a barge pole if you want customer service. Product cheaper but can’t get it to actually get delivered and work. 😩
